Duo Highlighter Matt & Shine

The jumbo pencil DUO HIGHLIGHTER MATT&SHINE by Pupa, thanks to its double tip with matt and pearly finishes allows you to correct blemishes and to create new highlights to illuminate your gaze. Its texture is soft and silky, making this pencil super blendable. Very easy to use because it glides on smoothly and has a very good colour release.

Its formula contains basic ingredients, which have a smoothing and softening effect. The special blend of Waxes and Oils makes the finish very bright, the texture is soft, comfortable to wear and extremely blendable.
